The Executive Hangar is a 20,000-square-foot aircraft hangar located at Fullerton Airport, designed for large-scale events that need space, flexibility, and impact. With no columns and tall 20-foot ceilings, the open floor plan supports up to 1,500 attendees without obstructed sight lines or low overhead limitations. Unlike traditional convention centers or hotel ballrooms, the Hangar’s industrial architecture creates an environment that immediately captures attention. Massive rolling doors, expansive volume, and tarmac views set the tone before the keynote even begins.

The space is well suited for expos and trade shows with room for large booth layouts, as well as general sessions where every attendee has a clear view of the stage. Breakouts and receptions can extend onto the adjacent 8,000-square-foot outdoor tarmac. The venue accommodates both single-day and multi-day events.

Load-in is straightforward, with trucks able to drive directly onto the hangar floor. Staging can be built without height restrictions, and the layout easily adapts to theater seating, classroom configurations, or open networking formats.

The Executive Hangar is centrally located in Orange County with easy freeway access from Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. On-site parking is available, and nearby hotels accommodate out-of-town attendees.

Food and beverage service is provided on-site by Jay’s Catering, offering breakfast through evening receptions. Coffee breaks run on schedule, and a single operations team manages the venue, allowing event staff to focus on programming and content.
